Direct replacement Newall DP700 digital readout display, configured for 1 axis. This is the display unit only and pairs with Newall's Spherosyn 2G and Microsyn 2G analogue encoders already in service on knee mills, lathes, and other manual machines. Note: Bolt Hole Circle, Arc Contouring, Line Hole Calculator, Tool Offsets, Taper Calculations, and Polar Coordinates are not available in the 1-axis configuration per Newall's own spec. Built for shops that need a single-axis readout, not the full function set.

Confirm Encoder Generation Before Ordering
The DP700 pairs only with Newall Spherosyn 2G and Microsyn 2G analogue encoders. It is not compatible with Spherosyn Serial, Microsyn Serial, or NMS-series encoders. Contact our team to confirm your existing encoder generation before ordering.
MK1 vs MK2 Hardware Revision
Newall documents two DP700 hardware revisions (MK1 and MK2). Some features, including Multiple Tool Datum, may be revision-specific. Contact our team to confirm which revision this unit ships as.
Upgrading From an Older Newall Display
If replacing a C80, Topaz, or Sapphire display with a round 7-pin encoder connector, an adapter cable (Newall part no. 307-80980) is required. Confirm your encoder connector type before ordering.

Knee mill installs typically need the Knee/Turret Mill Bracket Kit (BPK01-M) and Knee Bracket Kit (KBK01-M) (not yet listed, contact us to order). A DP700/DP1200 swivel display mount (part no. 600-84370) is also available on request.
