The 4th axis on this configuration accepts a third-party Quadrature (TTL) input rather than a Newall Serial encoder.

Confirm Encoder Type Before Ordering

NMS800 pairs only with Spherosyn Serial and Microsyn Serial encoders. It is not compatible with the 2G encoders used by Newall's older DP700 and DP1200 displays. Confirmed directly with Newall Electronics.

Replaces DP700 and DP1200

NMS800 is Newall's current-generation display, positioned as the replacement for the legacy DP700 and DP1200 lines. If you have an existing DP700 or DP1200 system, replacement parts remain available; see our DP700 product line.
