Why This Cell Lasts Longer: AQE's patented electronic cell design (Patents #6428611 and #7717984) uses a floating ionizer contact, ceramic insulator construction, and a variable voltage coolant selector to cut down on the short circuits that force frequent cell washing. Field results vary, but shops have seen wash intervals stretch from monthly to yearly.

Suited for: Manual machines and lower-pressure CNC applications, including knee mills, lathes, and surface grinders. Verified in use on Fadal, Haas, Mazak, and Okuma machine tools, among many others in AQE's supported equipment list.
