Fadal ATC-0006 — Upper Geneva Arm Roller Assembly

The ATC-0006 is the upper arm and roller assembly for the Geneva drive automatic tool changer on Fadal VMC machines. The Geneva mechanism is what converts the continuous rotation of the ATC turret motor into the precise indexed steps that position each tool station at the spindle. The ATC-0006 arm rides directly on the Geneva drive wheel — when the rollers wear, crack, or seize, tool changes become unreliable, fault out, or fail to index to position.

This is a direct replacement for the OEM ATC-0006 arm roller assembly. Works with the Geneva drive ATC configuration found across Fadal VMC models including the VMC 4020, VMC 4525, VMC 3016, and VMC 6030.
