When the seals inside a Samchully SH-25 or SHL-25 series rear-mount hydraulic cylinder wear out, the cylinder loses clamping pressure and the chuck can no longer hold the workpiece securely, so the machine cannot run unattended until the cylinder is rebuilt. The SK-SH-25 kit supplies the seals needed to rebuild any cylinder in the SH-25/SHL-25 series in place, without sourcing a full replacement unit. Samchully has discontinued this cylinder series, which makes a rebuild the practical path for a shop that already has one in service.

SH-25 and SHL-25 Series Cylinders Are Discontinued

Samchully no longer manufactures the SH-25 or SHL-25 series cylinders, including the SH-25011, SHL-25011, and SHL25011CAD models. This seal kit remains available for rebuilding cylinders already in service. If your cylinder is too worn to rebuild, the SDL-25411CA-M130x2.0 is the current replacement.
