Workpiece touch probes are used for fast and automatic workpiece measurement and workpiece zero point measurement in machine tools. Specially designed for the harsh conditions in these machines, the probe systems are an effective solution for improving the accuracy of your workpieces and the productivity of your manufacturing lines.

Touch probes set workpiece origin and measure features on the machined part to verify if component dimensions are within tolerance. Touch probes inspect the workpiece by touching the part in various predetermined locations based on the CNC program cycle. Probes are mounted in the machine's spindle and one the part is touched, the probe is triggered and a value is recorded based on the location of the part.
