Zebra Skimmers has built tramp-oil skimmers and coolant management equipment for the metalworking industry since 1994 out of Solon, Ohio. The line covers belt, tube, and disk skimmers for pulling surface and tramp oil off CNC coolant sumps, portable coalescer separators for emulsified oil, coolant mixers and proportioning pumps for automated concentration control, and Dazzle coolant automation systems for sump-level management. We stock tube skimmer replacement cartridges (ZVA8 series, 8″ through 17″ reach) and tube skimmer motors (MZ28J8, 115VAC 28 RPM) along with belts, pulleys, disk skimmers, gear cartridges, and magnetic bases. Odor control tablets and aeration equipment keep sumps from turning between cleanouts, and refractometers, pH test strips, and water hardness testing sticks round out the fluid-monitoring lineup.
