"Advance Exchange:
You will be invoiced for the full value ($31,527.25) upon shipment. Applicable credits will be issued once your equipment has been received and inspected.
Defective units are to be returned to Siemens within 30 days.
If our evaluation indicates that your device is damaged beyond repair, no exchange credit will be issued.
All return shipments over UPS limits must be prepaid by shipper, including any brokerage, if applicable.
If purchasing a version upgrade on exchange, both the new and old part numbers must be referenced on your purchase order for the exchange credit to be issued properly.
The RMA will be in the box of the unit we send to you."

"Return and Replace:
Standard replacements typically ship within 2-4 business days of receipt, unless otherwise quoted above.
We may opt to refurbish your device, in lieu of replacement, if part is no longer in stock.
If our evaluation indicates that your device is damaged beyond repair, a diagnostic fee of $349.00 will apply to each item.
An RMA with shipping instructions will be sent upon receipt of purchase order.
Repair reports are not provided on Return and Replace orders."
