The MistBuster 850 is Air Quality Engineering's machine-mount mist collector for CNC machining centers running high-pressure coolant up to 1,500 PSI. This is the standard 2-cell configuration; a 3rd Cell Upgrade is available separately for shops that need more capture power without stepping up to the 2000. Why This Cell Lasts Longer: AQE's patented electronic cell design (Patents #6428611 and #7717984) uses a floating ionizer contact, ceramic insulator construction, and a variable voltage coolant selector to cut down on the short circuits that force frequent cell washing. Field results vary, but shops have seen wash intervals stretch from monthly to yearly.
