The MistBuster 2000 is Air Quality Engineering's highest-capacity mist collector, built for the highest spindle speeds and coolant pressures in the MistBuster line, up to 2,000 PSI. It's the right call for multi-machine and high-volume mist collection where the 850 doesn't have the airflow to keep up. This is the standard 4-cell configuration; a Cell Kit is available separately for shops that need the full 6-cell, 99.6% efficiency configuration. Available to order, ships direct from AQE.

Why This Cell Lasts Longer: AQE's patented electronic cell design (Patents #6428611 and #7717984) uses a floating ionizer contact, ceramic insulator construction, and a variable voltage coolant selector to cut down on the short circuits that force frequent cell washing. Field results vary, but shops have seen wash intervals stretch from monthly to yearly.

Suited for: The highest-pressure CNC coolant systems in the MistBuster line, 1,500 to 2,000 PSI, and multi-machine or high-volume mist collection applications. Verified in use on Fadal, Haas, Mazak, and Okuma machine tools, among many others in AQE's supported equipment list.
